ImageCrafters logistics includes helping to plan the delivery, set up, and tear down for corporate and non-profit events.

Our Logstics Management team will control the flow of all products, props, rentals or other goods and services from their point of origin to your meeting or event. We manage distribution, transportation and even security from the various suppliers for events to their respective event spaces. This includes their set-up, tear-down and safe return as well. Most important, we manage the information flow between team members, suppliers and executives so that your logistics are modeled, analyzed and optimized by our personnel.

Does the company only do full event production or can we hire you to handle certain elements of our event?

ImageCrafters is a full-service event production company composed of event producers with thousands of hours of on-site live event experience. We can manage your entire event and budget, or smaller pieces of the production. We are honored to be on your team and excited to manage the entire event.

For a charity gala, can you manage more than event event elements?

Our team can develop advertising and sponsorship programs for your event, including building a website to sell tickles, advertising, and sponsorship, and also provide the staffing to handle all event check-in and post-event marketing production.

Are you an event planner or event producer? What is the difference?

An event planner designs the client’s vision, and the producer brings that vision to life. We do both. We will help you visualize, plan, and execute the event.

After the event, how will my guests remember the evening?

Now more than ever, charity event organizers want to deliver a lasting experience, and we are here to help. After the event, we will put together a sizzle reel that shows the major events of the evening in a concise and high-impact film that can be used for marketing, selling next year’s event, and showing the guests who did not attend what they missed.

We have the experience to handle events from 15 attendees to 1500 at a major entertainment venue.
